Billing questions
How does cancelling work?
From your account page, open Manage billing and cancel. Premium keeps working until the end of the month or year you already paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing renews after that.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
You keep it. Completed lessons stay completed and the free lessons stay open. Premium lessons lock again until you come back.
Can I get my money back?
You can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. Because Premium is digital content that starts straight away, the Terms explain how that works and when a refund applies. If something went wrong, email [email protected] and a human reads it.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, and Brainlag never sees or stores your card number.
I am under 18. Can I subscribe?
Please ask a parent or guardian first, and let them do the paying. Everything free works without paying anything.
Is there a school or class price?
Not yet. If you teach and want Premium for a class, email [email protected] and say how many students.
