Find the busiest hour at the tuck shop
A week of school tuck shop sales with a time on each one. Work out which hour of the day is the busiest so the shop knows when to open a second till.
The student council runs the tuck shop and wants a second till at its busiest time. Using sales (one row per thing sold, a week of them), return each hour of the day as two digits (like '12'), the number of sales in that hour across the whole week, and the takings for that hour rounded to 2 decimal places. Busiest hour first; if two hours tie, the earlier one first.
